Indian Idol 12’s Pawandeep Rajan roots for Arunita Kanjilal’s new song on Sri Ram; watch

To mark the auspicious occasion of Ayodhya Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha, Indian Idol 12 fame Arunita Kanjilal’s new song ‘Thumak Chalat’ dedicated to Lord Ram’s childhood was released.

Indian Idol 12 winner and Arunita’s co-contestant Pawandeep Rajan seemed to be rooting for Arunita and her newly released song.

After the song was released, Indian Idol 12 winner Pawandeep Rajan shared snippets of the track on his Insta Stories. He also gave the song's YouTube Link on the post.

The song ‘Thumak Chalat’, sung by Arunita, is a beautiful ode to Lord Ram. The song is in praise of Lord Ram and his characteristics written by saint poet Tulasi Das.

The song, after its release on YouTube, has been liked by the audience and has garnered over 31K views so far.

On the work front, Arunita and Pawandeep are gearing up to don mentor hats in Superstar Singer 3 alongside Salman Ali, Mohd Danish, and Sayli Kamble Patil. They also have recently recorded a song together for Salim Merchant which will be released soon.
