‘Pushpa 2’ actress Rashmika Mandanna confirmed her relationship status, stating that she indeed is a “partner” to someone special. The update confirmed long-time rumours among her fanbase regarding her finding love.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the actress shared her idea of a "happy place" and hinted at her relationship with "I am just a daughter, just a sister, just a partner.” The lines also had her speak about how home makes her feel rooted, emphasizing that despite the fame and visibility, she values her personal life deeply.
In the same talks, Mandanna discussed what attracts her to a person, mentioning that she is drawn to people with a smile and those who respect others. “Eyes are the window to one’s soul. I believe in that and I keep smiling, so I am drawn to people who have a smiley face,” she added.
The 28-year-old’s statements reflect that her undisclosed partner has those traits and she perhaps has been in a relationship for a while.
However, she did not confirm or deny another rumour which has many of her fans believe that Telugu star Vijay Deverakonda is the “partner” she just hinted at.
Social media posts and pictures from vacations featuring Deverakonda and Mandanna have given fans clues about their close relationship, with the actress even spending time with the former’s family.
Meanwhile, the two actors, who starred together in the blockbusters ‘Geetha Govindam’ and ‘Dear Comrade’, are set to collaborate again for ‘The Girlfriend,’ marking their first project together since these relationship rumours began.
