BTS grabbed the limelight recently when they appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to promote their upcoming single “Butter.”
As expected, the global Korean pop group made the show a lot more entertaining simply by their presence.
Interestingly, they also added a hilarious twist to the skit of Colbert where they joined him and expanded the repertoire with their hand gestures.

The gestures from the phenomenal K-pop band added a hilarious twist to the entire episode and made it wholesome fun to watch. The group has already popularised the “finger hearts” symbol and now these goofy hand gestures are expected to be taken as an add-on by BTS fans that will soon make it equally popular.
The activity was a part of Colbert’s sketch in which the gestures were for human organs like long intestines and kidneys. V revealed how one can use a two-fingered V for signaling not only his name but also peace and if a third finger is added to it on the top it can represent a piece of pizza.
The septet once again proved that all of them have superb comic timing.
The skit was followed by a mesmerizing performance of “Butter” by the South Korean juggernaut on the Colbert show. It was the second performance by BTS on the late-night show after BBMAs 2021.
Currently, the group is at the pinnacle after it made a clean sweep at the Billboard Music Awards 2021.
The South Korean phenomenon won awards in all the categories for which they were nominated including Top Selling Song, Top Song Sales Artist, Top Duo/Group, and Top Social Artist.
The biggest band in the world won all these awards for their chart-busting single “Dynamite.”
“Butter” is the second English song from BTS after “Dynamite.”
At the start of this week, the group announced special streaming of Muster Sowoozoo online for two days to mark their eighth anniversary. This show will stream on June 13th and 14th June.
