Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan has been receiving flak on social media platforms as his latest movie Laal Singh Chaddha went on to become a huge dud in the box office.
Many celebrities have come out in his support. Earlier, producer Ekta Kapoor had stated that he was a legend and boycotting him was next to impossible.
Similarly, Arjun Reddy actor Vijay Deverakonda who is busy promoting his movie Liger in a recent interview said, “When Aamir Khan makes Laal Singh Chaddha, it is his name that stars in the film, but there are 2000-3000 families that are being provided for.”
Earlier, the superstar himself had responded to trolls. He said that he wants to apologise if he might have hurt anyone with his actions. He only wished that his movie reaches to a larger audience.
Similarly, actress Kareena Kapoor who plays Rupa in the Forrest Gump remake, said that people are going to say a lot of things, one just has to learn to ignore it, also adding that if the film had good content, it would surpass any boycott trends.
