Veteran actor Paresh Rawal's comeback to Hera Pheri 3 has certainly thrilled everyone. Rawal's abrupt exit from the franchise undeniably left many disheartened. The drama escalated after it was confirmed that Akshay Kumar's production house filed a Rs 25 crore lawsuit against the Sanju actor. However, now that the veteran actor is back after a whirlwind of controversies, fans wonder what made Paresh Rawal change his mind. While some speculate that Akki convinced him, others opine on some other theories. Well, producer Firoz Nadiadwala has revealed the reason.
What Made Paresh Rawal Change His Mind?
Cinephiles are thrilled that OG Baburao Ganpatrao Apte aka Babu Bhaiya is back in the franchise. Fans certainly can't wait to see Paresh Rawal reprising his iconic role alongside Akshay Kumar aka Raju, and Suniel Shetty aka Shyam. However, fans wonder what made Rawal change his mind after a month-long legal drama.
Recently, during an interview with Pinkvilla, producer Firoz Nadiadwala revealed who changed Paresh Rawal's mind.
It is pertinent to mention here that Akshay Kumar, apart from being one of the leads in Hera Pheri 3, is one of the producers as he has acquired the legal rights from the original producer, Firoz Nadiadwala.
Sharing about how Paresh Rawal came back to the franchise, Firoz Nadiadwala said, "With love, respect, and kind guidance of my brother Sajid Nadiadwala, and also Mr Ahmed Khan, the Hera Pheri family is back together. My brother, Sajid, put in a lot of personal time and effort over several days to resolve the matter. We have a bond of over 50 years. Ahmed too put in a lot of personal efforts. So it is with the love and guidance of Sajid and Ahmed, that everything is now productive and positivity."
When asked if Akshay Kumar had any part in the reconciliation process, Firoz said, "We also have Akshayji's support. We both have shared a very good bond since 1996. He was very kind, loving, and affectionate in the entire process of sorting out the issues. Priyanji (Priyadarshan), Pareshji (Paresh Rawal) and Sunielji (Suniel Shetty) too were very supportive. We are looking for a good, happy movie now."
