‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ is becoming increasingly intense with each passing episode. The current storyline revolves around Aashika and Arsh successfully planting doubts in Rajat's mind about whether Sai is truly his daughter. As a result, Rajat has started mistreating Sai, leaving her frightened. In the upcoming episodes, Savi will confront Rajat about his behaviour.
In a recent episode, Rajat pushed Sai, possibly injuring her, as his doubts and coldness towards her grew due to Arsh and Aashika's conspiracy.
The new promo shows Savi and Bhagyashree becoming increasingly worried when they can't find Sai. Eventually, they discover her hiding under a table, terrified of her father. Savi feels deeply for Sai and scolds Rajat for mistreating his daughter over mere doubts.
Earlier episodes revealed how Arsh, Aashika's current boyfriend, conspired against Rajat (played by Hitesh Bharadwaj) and Savi. Arsh manipulates Rajat into doubting that Sai might not be his daughter, suggesting that Sai’s singing talent might indicate she shares genes with Arsh, while both Aashika and Rajat lack musical ability. These suspicions lead Rajat to treat Sai harshly.
According to sources, upcoming episodes will show Rajat confronting Aashika at her house, demanding to know the truth about Sai’s father. Rajat becomes hysterical, breaking things in Aashika's home. When Aashika calls Arsh for help, he advises her to contact Savi instead of the police. Later, Aashika meets Savi, subtly implying that Rajat might still have feelings for her and that their marriage is only for show.
