Rasha Thadani, daughter of Bollywood star Raveena Tandon, is swiftly making a name for herself in the entertainment industry.

After making her acting debut earlier this year with Azaad, the star kid has once again impressed fans—not on the big screen, but on stage—by recreating one of her mother’s most iconic moments from 1994.

A Dazzling Tribute at the Zee Cine Awards

At her first-ever awards show appearance, Rasha wowed the audience with a high-energy performance that included her debut track Uyi Amma, Madhuri Dixit’s classic Ek Do Teen, and most notably, her mother’s legendary rain-dance number Tip Tip Barsa Paani from the film Mohra.

Wearing a yellow saree with a thigh-high slit—reminiscent of Raveena’s original look—Rasha danced with grace, confidence, and an undeniable stage presence. Her hair tied up in a high ponytail and her expressive moves brought back strong memories of Raveena’s sizzling on-screen moment with Akshay Kumar.

Social Media Reactions

On social media, fans were quick to shower praise on Rasha Thadani for her performance. Many called her a “carbon copy” of her mother, Raveena Tandon, with one user writing, “Second Raveena is here.”

Another fan commented, “She will make her amma so proud… she is the next big thing for sure.” Some also admired her confidence and talent, while a few remarked that though she did justice to the performance, she could never surpass the original Raveena.

Nevertheless, the overall sentiment was filled with excitement and appreciation for the young actress, with comments like “Mini Raveena rocked” and “That’s so good” flooding her posts.

Rising Star of a New Generation

Though Azaad, which starred Rasha opposite Aman Devgn (Ajay Devgn’s nephew), didn’t leave a significant mark at the box office, her performance—particularly in the dance number Uyi Amma—turned heads. With her expressive eyes, fluid moves, and magnetic screen presence, Rasha emerged as a talent to watch.
