Sanju has been linked up with several Bollywood actresses including Tina Munim, Richa Sharma and Madhuri Dixit. Reportedly, the Rocky star was in a relationship with the 'Dhak Dhak Girl' in the 1990s even while married to Richa.
Sanju and Madhuri's Rumoured Relationship
Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit's rumoured relationship was the stuff of gossip. Their alleged relationship was set against the backdrop of hit films and public speculations. It remains one of the most whispered-about chapters in Bollywood history.
The duo shared screen for the first time in Khatron Ke Khiladi, followed by Thanedaar, Sajaan, Khalnayak and Ilaaka. While fans loved their magnetic onscreen chemistry, their closeness off the camera was noted by many. Though Madhuri never publicly confirmed their relationship, the rumours swirled intensely during the early 1990s. At the time, Sanju's first wife Richa was undergoing treatment for a brain tumour in the US. During her absence, Madhuri and Sanju's closeness increased. However, after Richa's return to India, their relationship reportedly got complicated.

According to reports, Richa was devastated after learning about her failing marriage. While she tried to rebuild their relationship, the emotional distance between them increased. At the same time, the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 actress started pulling away from the actor, especially when the legal troubles for Sanju mounted.
When the KGF 2 actor was arrested in 1993 under the TADA Act for illegal possession of arms in connection with the Mumbai bomb blasts, everything changed. His sudden fall from grace shocked the entire nation and allegedly marked the end of his relationship with Madhuri.
According to a report by Stardust Magazine, Madhuri cut all ties. As stated in the article, she had conveyed through Sanju's sister, "Please tell Sanju not to call me up ever. Tell him that it’s all over."
Moreover, Richa, before her tragic death in 1996, spoke briefly about the pain Sanju endured after Madhuri's exit from his life. As she believed, losing Madhuri left Sanju emotionally adrift.
