Stylish star Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa 2’ has been shattering box office records, grossing around Rs 1700 crore worldwide. The stupendous success of the film has skyrocketed the stylish star’s stardom with reports suggesting he charged around Rs 300 crore from the film.
Despite this, he isn’t India’s highest-paid actor in 2024. Yes, you read that right! Despite charging a bomb for Pushpa 2, Allu Arjun has failed to beat this superstar as India’s highest paid actor of 2024. Well, the superstar is none other than Shah Rukh Khan.
The number one spot still belongs to the Badshah of Bollywood, who took home a whopping Rs 350 crore for Pathaan. According to reports, King Khan earned over Rs 350 crore from his 55 per cent profit share in Pathaan, making him the highest-paid actor in India in 2024. He may have earned even more from Jawan. However, he had waived his fees as an actor, as he also served as the producer of the film.
Both Pathaan and Jawan did exceptionally well and entered the Rs 1000-crore club worldwide. His movie ‘Dunki’ with Rajkumar Hirani also earned around Rs 400 crore at the global box office.
Apart from Shah Rukh Khan and Allu Arjun, superstar Salman Khan also made around Rs 200 crore along with south superstars Rajinikanth and Vijay. On the other hand, Telugu stars Prabhas and Ram Charan also earn over Rs 100 crore for every film while Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn and Ranbir Kapoor earn Rs 70-80 crore per film.
