Deepika Padukone sizzles in full dress in Pathaan’s second song ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’

Amid huge controversy prevailing around the first song 'Besharam Rang,' Yash Raj Films on Thursday premiered another song 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan,' from the Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Pathaan.

The second video song of the movie, 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan' premiered today at 11 AM on Youtube. Shah Rukh Khan can be seen swaying at the beats of this dance number while Deepika Padukone is looking fabulous in different fashionable costumes.

Makers of the movie informed that the second song is a party anthem sung by Arijit Singh. Releasing the video on Twitter, Yash Raj Films wrote, “Let’s get this party started, shall we? #JhoomeJoPathaan song out now!”

After being shared on YouTube, the video has garnered over 1 million views just within 30 minutes of its release. Fans have been going crazy after the release of the song and a user wrote, “Pathaan meri jaan.”

Another fan wrote, “wat beats, wat shots, wat locations and wat cinematography! That swag of @iamsrk and those moves of @deepikapadukone… fire! All that being said, the overall music video somehow seems to be highly inspired by another song of YRF.”

However, many others were not too happy with the song and wrote, “Worst song.. expected better than this.” A Twitterati wrote, “Chapri Pathaan,” while another wrote, “bhai Pathaan k kapde phatte phatee kyun hai.”

Director of the movie, Sidharth Anand heaped praises on Arijit and declared him the No. 1 singer in the town now.

Speaking about the song, Anand further said, “Jhoome Jo Pathaan, is a song that I am very proud of and extremely confident about. I think the audience will find it irresistible.” 

The first song released by YRF50, 'Besharam Rang' received massive responses from fans. However, there was a huge uproar too against the attire worn by Deepika Padukone in that song.
