Even though she had taken a break from acting and social events during pregnancy and a couple of months after that, Deepika Padukone was quite active on social media and continued to drop updates about new products available on her brand’s website.
Fans accuse Deepika Padukone of selling expired products
Many of her fans have tried Deepika’s products but do not seem satisfied with both the quality and the pricing. Most of the Reddit users have said that she has priced the products too high but the quality is not worth the price. Surprisingly, a few fans have also accused the Pathaan actress of selling expired products.
The user wrote, “She’s also selling expired products. I’m a long-time fan but I don’t understand how some other fans are just acting like blind bots and superior to other fans.” Another fan complained that she conned her fans into purchasing products of her brand by offering a pouch autographed by her. But the fans who invested in some pricey items of Deepika Padukone’s brands were given a cheap pouch with her autograph printed on it.

Deepika shares the idea behind coming up with a skin-care brand
Recently she shared the reason behind creating the self-care brand 82°E. Discussing it with a leading magazine, the Bollywood superstar said, “The idea was to create a brand that was an extension of my core beliefs and also something that really stands for taking India to the world.”
“I’ve always been extremely proud of my culture and my heritage and that’s something I’ve owned right from the beginning” she added.
Interestingly, 82°E is the longitude that cuts from the heart of India and according to Deepika Padukone , “That’s exactly what I want to do with the brand. For me, when you take the longitude, it’s a beautiful summary of that legacy I want to leave behind."
