Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arjun Kapoor's Singham Again continues to roar at the box office. The day 3 global collection of the movie stands at Rs 176 crore. Despite the box office clash with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, the movie is inching close to Rs 200 crore with a good run. While Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and Tiger Shroff's extended cameos were thrilling to watch, Salman Khan's brief cameo as Chulbul faded them all. Following the movie's release, reports were abuzz that Rohit Shetty will come up with a high-octane action-packed movie tentatively titled 'Mission Chulbul Singham' with Salman and Ajay in the lead. However, the latest report suggests that Shetty will focus on Deepika and Tiger's character and will not extend Chulbul Pandey's character in his Cop Universe.
According to a scoop by Zoom, after the glorious box office success of Singham Again, Rohit Shetty has already started planning for the next flick under the Cop Universe. However, instead of Salman's iconic character Chulbul Pandey, Shetty will focus on developing Deepika's Shakti Shetty aka Lady Singham character or Tiger's character ACP Satya.

The report quoted a very close source to the development as saying, "There is no plan of making a film around that character. Salman’s character was just an afterthought to generate curiosity. There are no plans to extend the Chulbul character into Rohit’s Cop universe."
Well, if the reports are anything to go by, it will be disheartening for fans of Salman Khan, who were hopeful to see Chulbul Pandey joining forces with Bajirao Singham.
However, there is no official confirmation from the makers yet and there is no clarification on either of the reports. So, fans need to wait with their fingers crossed for an official confirmation.

Meanwhile, fans have also got a glimpse of Salman Khan in the teaser of Varun Dhawan's upcoming Baby John. Currently, Sallu is busy shooting for Sikandar with Rashmika Mandanna at Hyderabad's iconic Taj Falaknuma Palace.
