Though the first actress to glorify an outfit with the exclusively designed safety pin was Elizabeth Hurley, an English actress, The Hollywood star wore a black gown with a deep slit and a revealing midriff in 1994.

The girl from Lucknow never fails to surprise fans with her daring and exceptional outfit choices. She continued the culture of bizarre clothing by creating a dress entirely made up of safety pins with a two-piece brown bikini underneath. It took her three days to make a whole dress out of just safety pins.
 
Janhvi Kapoor
Janhvi made a seductive statement appearance while donning a Versace-chic cobalt blue, safety pin-adorned dress. The deep slit and an uneven cut out around the chest area were held by the pair of embellished safety pins. 
 
Katrina Kaif and Ananya Pandey
