Sushant and Ankita were in a relationship for almost 6 years and went separate ways in 2016. So when Sush was found hanging in his apartment, Ankita had already moved on and so had Sushant Singh Rajput. However, when his death was announced many people accused Ankita of leaving the Kedarnath actor alone when he needed her the most. Ankita on her part tried to cooperate with Sushant’s parents and told them whatever she knew.

She once revealed that very early in her career she faced casting couch pressure and was asked by a producer to compromise if she wanted to get a role in a movie. What’s more, she was also called out as insensitive when she shared a video clip of herself dancing merrily sometime around the time Sushant Singh had died. A few Sush fans lashed out at her very badly.
