Bigg Boss 14 ended on a high note with Rubina Dilaik taking home the winning trophy after closely beating Rahul Vaidya. Though the season wasn’t a banging hit like season 13, the contestants managed to win a place in the audience's hearts. Now, the most popular reality show is prepping up for its annual comeback and searching for potential contestants who will star in its latest season. Much to the delight of Bigg Boss fans, this time commoners also have a chance to get into the controversial house as a participant.
Anyone who closely follows the reality show knows that life is not the same when a Bigg Boss contestant exits the show. The show has brought fame, glory and fan following for many and also changed careers for some. As fans have their eyes on the upcoming season, Salman Khan raised the anticipation levels as he announced that this season will reopen the gates for commoners.
Bigg Boss 10 was the first time the makers opened the doors of the Bigg Boss house for the commoners. Interestingly, Manveer Gurjar made history in the same season by becoming the first commoner ever to win the Bigg Boss trophy. However, that was the first and last time the makers allowed commoners to participate in the game. Bigg Boss 15 will be the second-time commoners will hold a chance to change their lives in the controversial show.

For anyone interested to participate in the show, the registrations have already begun in February 2021 and will end on May 31, 2021. The commoners are usually chosen on the basis of their audition clip in which they have to showcase their unique style to the makers. To register for the show, you have to download the Voot app or go to www.voot.com and fill the registration form with certain details.
Meanwhile, coming to the celebrities approached for the show, few names have been doing round. Telly couple Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya have been reportedly approached for the show. Divyanka is currently shooting for Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 in Cape Town. Sanaya Irani and Neha Marda have also been approached to join the controversial telly show.
