Bajrangi Bhaijaan was one of the biggest hits of Salman Khan’s career. The team of Salman, Nawazuddin Siddiqui , and Kareena Kapoor Khan delivered a blockbuster under the remarkable direction of Kabir Khan. Hence it is natural that fans are hooting for a sequel of this super hit which was conceptualised and written by Southern writer V. Vijayendra Prasad.
And there is good news for Bajrangi Bhaijaan fans as Kabir Khan recently hinted that planning a sequel is definitely on his mind. He even unveiled the course a storyline for the sequel might run. Talking to the media, the Ek Tha Tiger director said, “If you ask me abhi kuch hai script k level pe toh nahi. Ideas hai and there are many interesting ways of taking Bajrangi forward. (If you ask me if there’s any script ready, then no. There are ideas and have many interesting ways of taking Bajrangi forward.”
The famous director added, “It could be Adventures of Bajrangi and Chand Nawab, so many ways of taking it forward lekin as of now at a script level hamare pass kuch nahi hai.” Kabir Khan’s last release 83 did not do well.
Now he is gearing up for the release of his upcoming flick titled Chandu Champion which has Kartik Aaryan playing the lead character of Chandu. Based on the life of Paralympic gold medallist Murlikant Petkar the movie will release on June 14. It also features Shraddha Kapoor and Katrina Kaif in important roles.

As for Salman Khan, the Bollywood superstar seems to be focused on his upcoming film Sikandar with A.R.Murugudoss in which he is paired with Southern star Rashmika Mandanna. The last few movies of Salman have not been as successful as expected. And that is why the response of the audience to Sikandar will be very important for his career.
