Ayushmann Khurrana smitten by Odia sweet delicacy ‘Chhena Poda’

Actor Ayushmann Khurrana who is known for his versatile roles is a self-confessed foodie and his love for food is quite evident from his social media handles.

The Badhai Ho actor recently took to Twitter to share pictures of the delectable Odia sweet delicacy ‘Chhena Poda’.

Sharing the picture of the milk-based dessert, Ayushmann wrote, “The dark side of chena poda successfully dilutes the dark side of mine.” 

The Vicky Donor actor seems to be totally smitten by the homegrown cheesecake.

Notably, Ayushmann Khurrana was in Odisha recently to perform at the Jajpur Mahotsav with his band AyushmanBhava.

For the unversed, Chhena Poda is a dessert dish from Odisha. Chhena Poda literally means Baked Cheese. It is made of well-kneaded homemade fresh cheese or chhena, sugar, semolina, and is baked for several hours until it browns.

After Ayushmann declared his love for the sweet dish, Odia twitterati had a meltdown on the platform. They also declare their love for the dessert and asked the actor to try other delicacies from Odisha.
