Lyricist Vivek, who has penned songs for several blockbuster films, is now stepping into a new role—as a writer. Teaming up with director Atlee for the first time, Vivek is working on a major new project starring Telugu superstar Allu Arjun.
The film, currently titled AA22 x A6, is already making waves for its ambitious scale and dream team.
Sun Pictures Makes It Official on Allu Arjun’s Birthday
On the occasion of Allu Arjun’s birthday, leading production house Sun Pictures officially announced that it would be producing the upcoming Atlee-Allu Arjun film. The announcement thrilled fans and industry insiders alike, signaling the birth of what could be one of India’s biggest cinematic events.
Atlee and Vivek Promise a Global Spectacle
Soon after the announcement, director Atlee posted on X (formerly Twitter), thanking producer Kalanithi Maran and wishing Allu Arjun a happy birthday. Lyricist Vivek responded, calling Atlee’s creation one that’s "going to take the world by storm."
Vivek wrote, “First time as a writer with my darling Mass Mannan @Atlee_dir. You are going to see the best of @alluarjun sir. This is going to be huge.”
Hollywood-Level Crew Joins the Project
What truly sets this film apart is the world-class team joining the project. In an announcement video shared by Sun Pictures, several renowned international technicians praised the film’s script.
James Madigan, VFX supervisor of Iron Man 2 and Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, said: “I just got done reading the script and my head is still spinning.”
Mike Elizalde, president of Spectral Motion, told Allu Arjun, “This is unlike anything I’ve ever read.”
Justin Raleigh, Academy Award winner and CEO of Fractured FX, added, “Excited about all the creature and character potential.”
