Star Plus' Anupamaa, starring Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna, has been reigning supreme on the TRP charts. The show contains noteworthy episodes filled with drama, with fans eagerly anticipating Anu and Anuj's reunion.
In the current track, Anupama learns of Shruti's involvement in the 'Spice and Chutney' fiasco and confronts her. Major drama unfolds in the upcoming episode as Anuj and Anu finally confess their love for each other.
In today’s episode, Anuj after learning Shruti's role in the downfall of the Spice and Chutney restaurant confronts Shruti in front of the Shah family.
He removes his engagement ring and breaks off their relationship, stating he cannot forgive her for targeting Anu.
In tears, Shruti pleads for forgiveness saying that it is her first mistake. Desperate to prove her sincerity, she plans to trap Anu again by pulling Aadhya to her side. She makes Anu take Aadhya's promise to reveal if she still loves Anuj. Anu confesses that she does love Anuj but she never tried or will never come into the life of Anuj again.
Shruti then manipulates Aadhya, saying she was worried and didn't want to lose Anuj and Aadhya, which is why she acts as she does. She portrays Anu as always having Anuj in mind and trying to take him away.
Following which Aadhya also pleads with Anuj not to break his relationship with her Shu as they are a family. However, Anuj tries to calm her down and hugs her so that her panic attack is not triggered.
Later, Anuj is seen visiting Shruti and asking her forgiveness for overreacting. Shruti also says whatever has happened is good as he came to know that Anu still loves him.
In the upcoming promo, it is Anupama feels guilty for coming in between Anuj and Shruti. However, Anuj goes after Anu, kneels, and hugs her, pleading for her to confess her feelings again. He admits he was willing to stay in a loveless marriage with Shruti, but he only loves Anupama. Despite his continuous pleas, Anu runs off from the place without replying, leaving Anuj heartbroken. It seems Anu is not willing to give a chance to them because of Aadhya.
According to some netizens' theories, Aadhya will become the main roadblock between Anuj and Anu’s reunion. Some are speculating that Aadhya might take extreme steps like harming herself or trying to kill herself to separate Anuj and Anu.
So, it will be interesting to watch if Aadhya accepts Anu and lives as a happy family of three or she will choose Shruti over Anu; and, if Anuj will be able to make Aadhya accept Anu.
