Anupamaa has taken another dramatic leap with Anu and Anuj separated once again, Aadhya missing, and Anuj in a state of despair. Meanwhile, Anupama has moved on, managing an old age home named Aasha Bhavan. Vanraj has become a wealthy man, with money, power, and success. The Shah house is under redevelopment, leading the Shahs to relocate to a bungalow next to Aasha Bhavan. In today's episode, Vanraj and Anu come face-to-face, reigniting old tensions.
In the latest episode, the Shah house is in disarray. Toshu has turned into a party animal, while Vanraj is too busy with work. Dimpy and others are preoccupied, leaving all responsibilities to Kinjal. Struggling with the workload, Kinjal takes care of the spoiled kids and collapses while carrying their school bags. Anu arrives and advises Kinjal not to become another Anu of the house. She questions why Kinjal is the only one doing all the chores. Kinjal tearfully admits she is exhausted but has no choice as no one else is concerned.
Meanwhile, Toshu and Sagar get into a fight, and Toshu talks about 'aukaat.' Anu steps in to defend him. Vanraj then appears, showering taunts on Anu. He accuses her of only knowing how to form relationships but not maintaining them. Vanraj also taunts her about Anuj and Aadhya, claiming she couldn't maintain those bonds either. Hurt, Anu leaves, while Vanraj feels victorious.
All the characters are now living in the same neighbourhood. Vanraj and Anupamaa are neighbours, and Anuj Kapadia is also in the vicinity. Anuj is seen playing a flute in a temple visited by Anupamaa, hinting at their imminent face-to-face encounter. Fans are eagerly awaiting a reunion as the story unfolds.
