2023's Animal remains one of the best movies of Ranbir Kapoor. RK's powerful and jaw-dropping performance in the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial left fans buzzing with excitement. Also starring Rashmika Mandanna, Triptii Dimri, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor, Animal scripted history with its box office collection. Now, the team is set to continue the thrill with Animal Park. Co-producer Bhushan Kumar recently dropped a big update on Animal Park. The production of the sequel will kick off soon.
During an interview with Bollywood Hungama Kumar confirmed that the sequel is officially moving forward. Further, he revealed that Vanga is currently focused on Spirit with Rebel Star Prabhas. He also indicated that there will be a gap of six months after Spirit wrap and production of Animal Park will begin immediately.
Well, fans must be eagerly waiting to see the Brahmastra actor in dual roles, protagonist Ranvijay and antagonist Aziz.

Earlier speculations were rife that Animal Park would go on floors in 2025. However, later Vanga cleared the air that the shooting would begin in 2026. But, Kumar's update hints that the production will begin much sooner. Meanwhile, the Kabir Singh helmer earlier promised that the sequel will be 'bigger and wilder' than Animal. Undoubtedly, the excitement among fans remains elevated as Animal Park will be darker, more complex and deeper than Animal.
Notably, Animal’s story ended with a small introduction of Aziz who exactly looks like Vijay (Ranbir). Aziz is a professional butcher and has taken a vow to take revenge for his brother Abrar (Bobby Deol)'s death. Aziz undergoes plastic surgery to look exactly like Vijay. Expectedly, the sequel will probably focus on Aziz’s avenge story and how Vijay takes him down.
Well, rumours suggested that Vicky Kaushal will play Aziz's role who later on goes for a plastic surgery. If the reports are anything to go by, it will be thrilling to see the actors-duo. However, ultimately it will be Ranbir Vs Ranbir in Animal Park.
