Tollywood Icon Star Allu Arjun is in the headlines for his upcoming flick with Atlee Kumar, AA22xA6 (working title). However, before commencing AA22xA6, Bunny was to collaborate with Trivikram Srinivas for an ambitious mythological project. However, reports surfaced that the Pushpa star opted out of the project and is now in talks with director Basil Joseph for a superhero flick, predictably Shaktimaan. Amidst this, reports are circulating that Trivikram's project with Bunny has been shelved, and the acclaimed filmmaker has locked in Venkatesh and Jr. NTR for his next two projects.
Jr NTR Stepping Into Allu Arjun's Role?
It's been over a year since Trivikram delivered Guntur Kaaram with Mahesh Babu. Later, the reports of his upcoming films with Venkatesh and Allu Arjun created ripples across social media.
Meanwhile, reports were abuzz that Jr NTR will be stepping into the role originally meant for Allu Arjun in Trivikram's ambitious mythological project. Later, producer Naga Vasmi put an end to all speculations and confirmed that Trivikram's next two projects will be with Venkatesh and Jr NTR.
Taking to X, Vamsi wrote, "Trivikram garu’s next two projects are locked with Venkatesh sir and Jr NTR anna. Everything else is mere speculation. Any confirmed project of Trivikram garu will be announced by me in this space.” (sic)
Now, after the air is cleared, the reports of all other actors teaming up with Trivikram are mere speculations. For now, Trivikram's first project will be with Venkatesh and the project with Tarak will commence after that.
Why Allu Arjun Walked Out?
It is a known fact that Allu Arjun opted out of Trivikram's project, which has now gone to Jr NTR. While many theories are abuzz about the fallout between Bunny and Trivikram, the most talked about one is that the Happy actor was frustrated as the film kept on getting delayed repeatedly.
As reported by 123 Telugu, Allu Arjun wanted to take up back-to-back projects and complete them quickly. However, Trivikram's project remained stuck in pre-production for a long time. Even, Trivikram wasn't ready with the final script which irked the Arya actor. Following that, he started Atlee's project and this reportedly made Trivikram upset. Reportedly, Trivikram is making the movie with Jr NTR. However, Allu Arjun opting out of Trivikram's project has left fans disheartened.
Jr NTR Work Front
All set for War 2's release, currently, Jr NTR is busy with Prashanth Neel's high-octane action flick Dragon (tentative title). He also has Devara 2 in the pipeline. Well, fans need to wait for more official updates from the makers.
