Alaya F shells out fitness goals in her latest yoga video, watch

GenZ star Alaya F is giving us some major fitness goals with her latest Instagram reel that shows her not just acing a yoga workout, but smashing it.

The young star could be seen acing a complex yoga asana during her workout session after a long break.

Alya was seen wearing a pink and white tie & dye sports bra which she paired with satin pink shorts.

Sharing the video, Alya wrote, “Back to yoga after a long long break, so reel toh banana hi tha.”

Notably, Alya who is a fitness enthusiast was on vacation to Paris where she spet most of her time in the capital city of France. 

The actress recently took to her Instagram handle and turned pages of travel diaries to revisit her Paris trip. 

It seems the Freddy star wants to get into her fitness routine after her Paris vacation where she enjoyed not only French cuisine and patisseries but also enjoyed Thai cuisine.

On the work front, Alaya, who was last seen in Anurag Kashyap’s Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohhabat, is part of several upcoming projects. She will make her next appearance with actor Rajkumar Rao in the Biopic of Srikanth Bhola. She also has ‘Bade Miyan Chotte Miyan’ alongside Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff in the pipeline.
