Aishwarya and Abhishek tied the knot in 2007 at Bachchan's residence in Juhu (Mumbai), following the traditional ceremonies. Of course, their wedding was a grand ceremony and all over the media. However, even after the grand wedding and all the limelight, Aish didn't realise that she was married to Junior Bachchan.
During an old interview with Vogue, the Devdas actress shared that she realised that she was married when they boarded their honeymoon flight and was addressed as Mrs Bachchan by an air hostess.

Talking about the incident, the Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam actress said, "It was on the flight to our honeymoon in Bora Bora. The stewardess welcomed me on board, saying, ‘Welcome, Mrs Bachchan.' And Abhishek and I just looked at each other and burst out laughing! And it hit me: I'm married! I'm Mrs Bachchan!”
Notably, the rumours of Aishwarya and Abhishek's separation have been going around for a while now. While the reports of Aish moving out of the Bachchan house were doing rounds, Junior Bachchan's cryptic post amid the divorce rumours fueled them further.
