Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan on his 59th birthday made the announcement that he finally quit smoking. After over 30 years of being a regular smoker, SRK showed 'why it is never too late to give up the habit'. And now, another superstar has queued up on the list to quit smoking. It is Aamir Khan who now wants to quit smoking. But he has laid a condition for it. Well, the condition has a connection with his son Junaid Khan and his upcoming film Loveyapa.
According to an exclusive report by Pinkvilla, Aamir Khan has sworn that he would quit smoking if Loveyapa becomes successful at the box office.

After the success of Maharaj, Junaid is currently gearing up for his next Loveyapa with Khushi Kapoor. While the first song has won the hearts of fans and the film fraternity, the upcoming romcom has elevated anticipation among all. Amid this, a close source to the Sitaare Zameen Par actor revealed that Aamir has taken a 'mannat' (vow) that he would quit smoking if his son's (Junaid) film performs well at the box office.
Well, this 'mannat' definitely showcases Aamir's love for his son and fans would certainly want their matinee idol to quit the bad habit.
Reportedly, SRK smoked 100 cigarettes a day. However, last year on November 2, as he celebrated his birthday with his fans, he said, “I’m not smoking anymore, guys."
He also talked about the side effects of quitting smoking. He said, "I thought I won’t feel so breathless after quitting smoking, but I still feel it. Inshallah, that will also get ok.”
Well, fans need to wait for the box office results of Loveyapa so that Aamir can make the big announcement of quitting the bad habit.
