45 months have passed since the death of everyone’s favourite Sushant Singh Rajput; however, the CBI has allegedly failed to give a satisfactory answer regarding his untimely demise.
On Thursday, Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti issued a video statement urging Prime Minister Narendra Modi to intervene and look into the CBI probe. She alleged that the CBI does not have any update even as 45 months have passed.
She urged the PM to provide relief to all his fans and ‘howling hearts’.
In the video, Shweta says, “Namastey, I am Shweta Singh Kirti, Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister. I am recording this message for our Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji. I wanted to bring to your attention that this is the 45th month of Bhai’s passing away and we still don’t know any updates on the investigation that is being conducted by the CBI.”
She continued, “I would highly request your intervention into the matter because as a family and as a country, we are grappling with so many unanswered questions.”
“Your attention will really help us get to know where the CBI has reached in its investigation. It will even help us inculcate the faith within our judiciary system. It will really bring peace to a lot of howling hearts which have been looking for some kind of relief, answers, who wants to know the truth, what happened that day on 14th of June. Thank you,” the late actor’s sister concluded.
Time and again, Sushant Singh Rajput’s fans led by his sister have urged the CBI to fasten the probe.
Worth mentioning, Sushant was found dead at his Bandra apartment in June 2020. While it was reported to be a case of suicide, his fans, family members and many others alleged foul play in his death.
