The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education on Wednesday issued a notification regarding e-admissions (phase 3) into Class 11 for the current academic session (2021-22).
The e-admissions are for the vacant seats and the entire process will be completed in online mode through the dedicated SAMS portal.
As per the official notification, students who were not selected in the first and second phase can apply through existing login without Common Application Form (CAF) fee.
Eligibility:
-Applicants must have passed the annual/offline/supplementary high school certificate (HSC) examination of the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha or its equivalent board.
-No reservation or weightage claim shall be considered for the vacant seat admission.
Instructions:
-Candidates who got admission in lower preferred HSS and slide up (first phase) to higher preference but could not take admission and stand nowhere can apply without paying the CAF fee.
-There will be no error correction option in this phase. Hence, the CAF will be rejected if any kind of discrepancy or wrong entry is found.
-Check the fee structure of higher secondary school of your choice while adding it to your choice of preference.
-Candidates passing from CBSE, ICSE and other State Boards are required to enter total secured marks as per their mark sheet while filing up the application.

-Availability of online common application form: November 18, 2021 (11:30am)
Last date of applying online CAF: November 22 (3 pm)
Publication of merit list including waiting list: November 24 (3 pm)
Admission of selected applicants: November 25 (10am) to November 26 (4 pm)
Registration of the waiting list applicants: November 26 (4:15 pm) to November 27 (2 pm)
Publication of final list out of the students registered from waiting list at respective Higher Secondary Schools: November 27 (4 pm) to November 29 (5 pm)
