SC says it won't order ex-parte CBI probe into NEET (UG) paper leak

The Supreme Court declined an ex-parte CBI investigation into alleged irregularities in the NEET UG 2024 exam, including a reported paper leak. The court has given the National Testing Agency two weeks to respond to these allegations and noted that it will not interrupt the upcoming medical program admission counselling despite these issues.

The Supreme Court on Friday said that it would not pass any ex-parte CBI probe into the allegation of paper leak and other irregularities in the NEET (UG) 2024 examination.
