Odisha scholarship 2021-22: Last chance for students as application deadline extended again
The Odisha Higher Education department has further extended the deadline for online application for all categories of ‘e-Medhabruti’ and ‘Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti’ scholarship for the year 2021-22.
While the last date to apply for the scholarship was May 5, it has now been extended to May 20, 2022. Similarly, the last date of online validation by concerned heads of institutes/principals has been extended to May 31, 2022.
This is the fourth time the higher education department has granted extension to the scholarship application process. Previously, the last date for the receipt of application was extended from April 5 to May 5.
Under e-Medhabruti scholarship, financial assistance is provided to meritorious students pursuing undergraduate, postgraduate, technical and professional courses.
Similarly, the Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti scholarship is provided to students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the Odia language.
The Higher Education department has advised students and institutions to contact on 0674-2396550 if they face any problem at the time of online application or online validation on the State Scholarship portal. They also can seek help through email by sending their grievances to scholarshiphed@gmail.com.
