National Testing Agency (NTA) has released an official notification inviting applications for the National Teacher’s Entrance Test (NTET) examination 2024 for Post Graduates of Indian Systems Medicine and Homoeopathy who desire to take up the teaching profession.
Interested candidates can check their eligibility to apply on the official website of NTA, link – nta.nic.in. The application process concludes on October 14, 2024. However, the candidates can make payments till October 15, 2024.
The correction window will be opened on October 16 and closed on October 17, 2024.
Examination Details
The examination will be conducted in two languages, English and Hindi and it will be held in CBT mode. The question paper will have 40 easy, 40 medium, and 20 difficult questions.
The examination of 120 minutes duration will comprise 100 questions carrying 1 mark each. However, there will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay an amount of Rs 4000 towards the application fee. However, the fee payable for EWS and OBC candidates is Rs 3500, whereas for SC/ST/PWD and third gender candidates need to pay Rs 3000.
