The Civil Services Exam (CSE) conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is touted to be the toughest exam in India. Every year, millions of students sit for the prestigious exam and fail to crack it. It takes several attempts and years of dedication and hard work, but still there is no guarantee that you can crack the exam.

Only a handful of aspirants manage to pass the UPSC exam. Even fewer are those who crack it on their very first attempt. IAS Annie George is among the very few aspirants who cracked the exam in their first try. Though not an IIT, IIM, or NIT student, who usually cracks it in the first attempt sometimes, Annie George secured an impressive AIR-93, that too in her very first attempt.
