The National Testing Agency has released the schedule for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2025, including dates for session 1. The examination will be conducted in two sessions. The first session will be conducted in January 2025 and the second session in April 2025.

The purpose of the exam is to assess the eligibility of students to get admission into various undergraduate programs in the field of Engineering in the country.

The online application form for JEE Main 2025 is valid from October 28, 2024 to November 22, 2024. Interested and eligible aspirants can visit the official website of JEE Main to enroll themselves, link - jeemain.nta.nic.in.

The NTA is going to conduct the first session of JEE Main 2025 between January 22 and 31, 2025. The result is to be declared by February 12, 2025. However, the exam city announcement will be done by the first week of January and the release of admit cards will be done three days prior to the actual date of examination.

The JEE Main 2025 will be conducted in 13 languages – Odia, English, Hindi, Bengali, Assamese, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

The NTA has also released directives regarding the application for Session 1 and Session 2.

Candidates who wish to apply for Session 1 can apply now and will be given a separate chance to apply for Session 2 using the same application number. However, the payment of fee will be done separately.


However, applicants who wish to apply only for Session 2, can register later when the application process is active.
