Passing the Civil Services Exam (CSE) conducted by the UPSC is the dream of millions of youths in India. While it takes several attempts to pass the exam, there are a few who make it on their very first attempt. 

No matter what, passing this exam in itself is an achievement. A shining example is IAS Divya Tanwar, who not only once, but cracked the toughest examination twice. She was only 21 years old when she cracked the UPSC exam and was selected for the Indian Police Service (IPS).
