Former Odia IPS officer Basant Rath has announced the launch of a coaching institute for IAS and IPS aspirants, with a special initiative to provide free training for candidates from Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and the North-East. The institute will begin its inaugural general studies batch next month at its Noida centre.
Free Access for Select Regions
Rath shared the details through a social media post, stating that aspirants from the three regions will be offered free coaching after clearing a walk-in interview and an essay paper. “Only classroom coaching. No online alternative at the moment,” he clarified in his message.

For candidates from other parts of the country, the eight-month-long programme will be offered at a fee of Rs 2.4 lakh, inclusive of taxes. The training will be provided exclusively in classroom mode.
