Bhubaneswar: In a big relief amid the COVID-119 crisis, the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has asked the higher educational institutions not to insist students on payment of full fee. 

"Institutions should not insist on full fee payment and collect in 3-4 instalments till normalcy is restored," AICTE said in a new circular while directing colleges to display the same on their websites and communicate the information to students through e-mail.
