To ensure that students from Class 9 to 12 get the right guidance for their careers, the Delhi government on Monday launched a mentorship programme 'Desh ke Mentor' that will act as a guiding force for the teenagers to help them clear all their doubts regarding their field of choice with the help of a mentor.

"Children from classes 9 to 12 are at a critical juncture of their lives. During this time all they need is someone who can guide them, understand their dreams and have faith in them. They need hand-holding and must not be burdened by the dreams and baggage of others. We have launched 'Desh Ke Mentor' programme with the same objective in mind," Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia said while launching the programme on Monday morning.
