The Council Of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) on Tuesday asked the principals of all Higher Secondary schools and colleges affiliated to the Council to upload the marks secured by Class 12 students (2020 Admission Batch) in the quarter-end examinations.
In its letter, the CHSE has asked the school and college principals to complete the process of uploading marks by midnight of February 16,2022.
Besides, the CHSE has asked the authorities/ institutions to remain prepared for the upcoming AHSE Examination, the schedule of which will be communicated in time with due approvals.
A link has been provided in SAMS e-space to upload the marks. After logging into the e-space, a user manual detailing the process to be followed for the purpose will be displayed. The CHSE has also asked officials to preserve the hard copy of the tabulation register of marks for four years.
“The hard copy of the tabulation register of marks so uploaded duly signed in every page by the concerned subject teacher, Data Entry Operator, Examination I/C and Principal of the institution is to be kept under lock and key for at least four years. The evaluated answer books along with question papers on the basis of which marks have been awarded are also to be preserved for at least three years,” the CHSE letter read.
