After a couple of days on April 26, the Central Board of Secondary Education will begin the Term 2 exam for Class 10 and 12 students. Candidates, who had appeared for Term 1 exams, will have to appear for the CBSE Term 2 exam. Still, the demand to cancel the board exams continues.
Students continue to demand cancellation in view of the recent spike in Covid-19 cases across the country even though the CBSE has already released admit cards for Class 10, 12 and also private candidates.
"As the rise in covid cases in the country. I urge the government to cancel the cbse, Cicse term 2 board exam 2022 as it's not safe for the students to give exams in this situation," wrote a Twitterati.
"Government is pushing the students towards death, y is it too important to give term 2 when we have already given term 1and it was clearly mentioned if covid increases term 2 will not be held," asked a Twitter user.

Will CBSE cancel the Term 2 exam?
"No, the CBSE is not going to cancel the Term 2 exams. No doubt we are witnessing a rise in Covid cases but the current situation doesn't permit or call for such a step. Admit cards have been released and schools are going to strictly follow the Covid norms," said sources.
