The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to begin the registration process shortly for the revaluation and re-verification of the CBSE Board Exam Result 2025. Students who are not satisfied with their results will be able to access these services through the official CBSE website, link - cbse.gov.in.

Revised Process for Greater Clarity

In a new and improved move, students will now be able to view their evaluated answer scripts before opting for verification or re-evaluation. This will give them a clear understanding of how marks were awarded, whether there are any errors, and if any answers were overlooked.

Options Available

As per the official result notice, students have three key options if they wish to seek a review of their results:

  • Obtain a scanned copy of their evaluated answer script

  • Apply for verification of marks to check for any totaling errors or unevaluated answers. This includes rechecking the calculation of marks and ensuring that all questions were marked.

  • Request a re-evaluation of one or more specific answers. This allows for a fresh assessment of specific answers.

  • Candidates may choose to apply for one or both options, depending on their assessment after viewing the answer script.

These services will be available only online and must be applied for within the deadlines, which CBSE will announce in a separate circular.
