Students dissatisfied with their marks can apply for verification and re-evaluation, the details of which will be shared soon on the board’s website. CBSE will also release dates for the compartment examinations in due course.

Parents and students can refer to official CBSE websites and notifications for all updates and result-related queries.

How to Calculate CBSE Class 10 Percentage

Although CBSE follows a grading system for Class 10 and does not publish percentages on the marksheet, students can calculate an approximate percentage using their grade points.

  • Add the grade points awarded in the five main subjects

  • Divide the total by 5 to find the CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average)

  • Multiply the CGPA by 9.5 to estimate the percentage
