Ghaziabad: A Delhi Police constable Satender Kumar on Tuesday allegedly committed suicide in his house at DLF colony in Loni town, 25 km from here, police said.

They said the 35-year-old police constable shot himself with a revolver and the bullet hit him in the temple and he died on the spot. His body was sent for postmortem.

Kumar`s family members alleged he was forced to commit suicide by his two friends who were involved in a deal relating to a land.

Police denied the charge and said it was a case of suicide.
