Bhubaneswar: Another crocodile was found dead on the bank of Kharasrota River in Rajkanika block of Kendrapara district on Thursday.

The forest officials seized the 7-feet-long crocodile and are examining the cause of its death. It is suspected that the crocodile died after it fell into the fishing net.

According to reports, atleast five crocodiles have died in this area over the span of three months.

Earlier this month, a crocodile was found dead on the bank of Brahamani River in Aul block in Kendrapara.
