Global Covid Caseload Tops 501.5 Million, Death Over 6.18 Million

The global coronavirus caseload has topped 501.5 million, while the deaths have surged to more than 6.18 million and vaccinations to over 11.12 billion, according to Johns Hopkins University.

In its latest update on Thursday morning, the University's Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) revealed that the current global caseload and the death toll stood at 501,512,915 and 6,188,577 respectively, while the total number of vaccine doses administered has increased to 11,129,301,590.
