Charas seized in Bihar

Motihari (Bihar): Police seized 4.5 kg charas worth Rs 1.5 lakh and arrested two persons this connection from Bapudham railway station in East Champaran district, a police officer said. Acting on a tip off, police held the two smugglers and seized the contraband from them. The accused persons hailed from Hisar district of Haryana.
