Imagine buying a piece of land as easily as ordering groceries. That’s exactly what a real estate player is promising with its new tie-up with a quick commerce company. As per the tie-up and seekers can now discover and initiate purchases in just 10 minutes, all through the mobile app.

How It Works

This service is being made available in collaboration between House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) and quick commerce player Zepto.

From Janmashtami onwards, anyone typing “land” in the quick commerce app will be redirected to a dedicated HoABL page. With a few clicks, users can browse available plots, place an inquiry, and even connect with representatives for sales assistance. Customers can pay a refundable token amount online, with further payments staggered, making the process both flexible and transparent.

Leisure & Spiritual Hotspots

The service is being offered for plotted development projects in Goa, Alibaug, Ayodhya, Dapoli, and Vrindavan, with upcoming expansions in Amritsar and Shimla. 

The real estate company said that the tie-up would expand reach, making wealth creation through land investment faster and more convenient. 

By bringing the digital land-buying journey, we’re making access to land simple, seamless, and available where millions already shop, said a spokesperson of the quick commerce company.
