Advani best BJP candidate for PM post: Shatrughan

"There cannot be two views about this...Advaniji is the best candidate for the post of Prime Minister from BJP," Sinha, BJP MP from Patna Saheb, told PTI.

Two days back, Jaswant Singh had claimed that the country was moving towards mid-term elections and there was no dispute within the party on the leadership issue and L K Advani was the unanimous choice for Prime Minister`s post.

Last week, Rajnath Singh had echoed similar views. "Advaniji is experienced, mature and has good image among people," Sinha said.

Though there are many suitable candidates for the PM post from the party like Sushma Swaraj, Arun Jaitley and Yaswant Sinha, Advaniji is at present the best-suited candidate for the post, he said. Sinha said age is no problem for Advani for the PM post.
