Moga (Punjab): A local court has convicted and sentenced two advocates to two years of imprisonment in a case of corruption and forgery.

The court on Friday also imposed a fine of Rs 3,500 and Rs 8,500 on advocates Rajinder Kumar and Subhash Chander.

The duo were, later, released on bail after they deposited the fine.

The Vigilance Bureau had lodged a case of corruption and forgery against them in 2003.
