Ahmedabad: Accusing Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi of wasting public money on party functions and building votebanks, state Congress on Friday criticised him saying, "Ten years of misrule have been completed in Gujarat."

Leader of the Opposition Shaktisingh Gohil also termed Modi`s Sadbhavna Mission a "farce and publicity stunt". Gohil`s comments come two days ahead of Modi`s second leg of his Sadbhavna Mission from Dwarka in Jamnagar.
