Some countries support terrorists as part of their foreign policy, says PM Modi

The PM attacked Pakistan and China without naming them. Addressing the representatives of 78 countries, Modi said that a cost should be imposed on countries that support terrorism.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the third edition of the 'No Money for Terror' Ministerial Conference here on Friday. Speaking on the occasion, Modi said, "certain countries support terrorists as part of their foreign policy."

"They offer political, ideological and financial support to them, he added."
