Devotees are witnessing Goddess Durga in 3D format, not just a clay idol but a three-dimensional experience that blends tradition with cutting-edge visual art, sources said on Friday.

The Bharat Chakra Sangha in Dum Dum has crafted this remarkable 3D pandal to symbolise how the divine power of Maa Durga reaches people across the world, transcending physical boundaries. The pandal merges spiritual energy with visual grandeur, offering an immersive and emotional journey for visitors.
As the Durga Puja season kicks off in Kolkata, innovative and distinct pandals are once again captivating the public. But this 3D installation stands apart — both in concept and execution — by delivering a message of global unity and divine presence in a form never seen before.
This initiative reflects how culture and creativity continue to evolve, keeping Durga Puja at the heart of West Bengal’s artistic and spiritual identity.
“It is so nice and it has a unique concept. I liked it very much. The pandal decorations done beforehand were different, and this one is something different. Concepts of the pandals are altogether different. No one has imitated the other,” a woman visitor stated.
“When I came inside the pandal, it was so calm and serene; whereas, there is din and bustle outside. Mantras are being chanted with 3D idol of the Goddess in the pandal, which made me feel as if I am in a different world,” another woman visitor expressed.
